We'll start in Washington D.C. and head south towards Florida, visiting places like St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Miami and Kennedy Space Center.
After Florida, we'll drive north through the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway and Shenandoah National Park, with stops in Roanoke and Charlottesville, where we might meet up with some friends for dinner.
We'll then continue towards Pennsylvania, stopping in Gettysburg before spending a few days with friends in Wilkes-Barre. We're both welcome to stay there! They will show us around to a couple places.
For the final days, we'll explore Hershey, Amish Country and Harpers Ferry before heading back to Washington.
What I'm looking for:
Someone around my age (20-25)
Easygoing, adventurous and interested in exploring the real America
Comfortable with long drives and spontaneous stops
A driver's license would be a plus but not a problem if you don't have one.
We'll share the rental car, accommodation and fuel costs to keep the trip affordable.
I love discovering new places, scenic roads, small American towns and experiencing local life rather than just visiting tourist attractions.
The itinerary is mostly planned, but I'm definitely open to suggestions and making adjustments together!
