Short weekend hiking trip to Yosemite

I am planning on leaving Pleasanton, CA after work Friday evening (6ish) and driving over to Yosemite. I'd like to hike at Yosemite Saturday and Sunday and drive back to Pleasanton Sunday evening.  I am a moderate to intermediate hiker (planning 6-8 miles for Saturday and 4-5 miles for Sunday).  I currently have lodging reserved at Yosemite View Lodge for Friday and Saturday evenings. 

I'm open to sharing a ride with someone from Pleasanton (I do have a car) or meeting you at Yosemite for day hikes.
