Drive towards Cleveland, OH (about 4 hrs).
Explore:
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 🎸
Edgewater Park & Lake Erie shoreline 🌊
Walk around Downtown & Flats East Bank (great food spots + nightlife vibes).

Evening: Chill at a local brewery or coffee spot, or just be spontaneous.

Overnight stay at a budget-friendly motel.
(If going Niagara Falls route instead → reach by evening, check in, short walk to see illuminated falls at night.)

🗓 Day 2 – Sunday, Aug 31

Morning hike/walk at Cuyahoga Valley National Park near Cleveland 🌲 (if in OH).
Or, if Niagara route → Maid of the Mist boat tour 🚤 + Niagara Falls State Park.

Afternoon: Local sightseeing + relaxed lunch.
Start drive back to Michigan by 3–4 PM.
