I am planning to travel through Italy from the last week of June through the last week of July. I am interested in seeing the countryside and not really visiting the very touristy places (Rome, Venice, Milan). I want to sample a lot of the food and experience the culture. Traveling somewhat on a budget. A group of 2-6 people would be amazing.
