The trip will be with my Landcruiser and Caravan to be used as the mother ship.
The plan is travelling from Melbourne through country Victoria to South Australia and then up thru the Flinders Rangers. From there to Camerons Corner (The intersection of SA, NSW & Qld) then along the Birdsville Track all the way to Mount Isa. Then to Tennant Creek, Katherine and eventually Darwin where I have friends. The trip back is somewhat unplanned but over to Queensland through the gulf region - Normanton tan Karumba then possibly through to Cairns. The length of the trip and timing is unplanned and the journey ay come back through Longreach, Bourke and eventually back to Melbourne.
The companions I am looking for need to be female only as I find lots of blokes are opinionated and don't like compromise. As I'm a coach and volunteer with Rotary I have current working with children accreditation, I am happy to provide you references of some of my female friends who can vouch for the type of person I am.
As I'm recently widowed, I'm really looking for company on the trip only.
In addition, its very likely that my brother and his wife will also be on the trip. Both former schoolteachers and now retired as well.
Going to be a great trip.
