I’m a solo traveler from Bengaluru, India, planning a 14-day trip across New Zealand in mid/late October (spring). I’ll be doing a self-drive adventure through both the South and North Islands and would love to connect with other travelers whose dates or itinerary overlap with mine.

My journey starts in Christchurch and continues through Lake Tekapo, Aoraki/Mount Cook, Wanaka, Franz Josef, and Queenstown, where I plan to explore scenic drives, hike the Hooker Valley Track and possibly Roy’s Peak, take a helicopter glacier landing, and do a Milford Sound coach and cruise tour. I’ll then fly to Auckland and visit Rotorua (including Hobbiton and geothermal attractions) and Waitomo Glowworm Caves before flying back home.
