Hey everyone! I’m Anas, a traveler who’s been living abroad for the past 8 years. I really want to do a short Meghalaya trip this December — maximum 6 days.
This will be my first time in India after a long time, so I’m especially excited to explore the offbeat spots rather than the usual tourist trails. One key plan: staying at least one night in Nongriat Village after the trek.
I’m looking for a relaxed, easygoing vibe — hikes, waterfalls, scenic spots, local food, and good conversation. I can speak Hindi, not perfectly fluent, but enough to get by.
I’ll be flying from Bangalore to Guwahati, and thinking of public transport, shared cabs, or even booking a private cab if we can coordinate.
A bit about me: Male, 30 years old, keralite, I enjoy nature, photography, walks by rivers, and discovering hidden gems. I’m easygoing, flexible, and open to making this a fun group adventure. I speak Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, German and English.
Dates: Dec 9–14, but I can shift a day or two if needed.
If this sounds exciting, DM me or comment below — the more, the merrier!
Cheers,
Anas
