Hey!
I’ve already been to Iceland this November and really loved it, so I’m going again!
This time, though, I’d like to rent a small camper (most likely a Tesla). The idea is to spend as much time as we want exploring and to be able to stay overnight without worrying about a long drive back, early darkness, or worsening weather. Although, I still plan to book proper accommodation every couple of days for more comfort.
Ideally, I’d like to travel towards Vík and the glaciers, and then—if the weather allows—continue through the Eastfjords all the way to Akureyri. From there, I’d like to take a private plane to either Hrísey or Grímsey Island for a one-day adventure. It should be around £150–£300 per person for up to 2–3 people, but I’ll need to confirm with the pilot, and it will be highly weather-dependent.
If that sounds like we could come along - drop me a message here or just google for my socials/ig/tg
