🗓️ The 6-Day Power Plan
Day 1: The Launch (Guwahati to Dirang)
Distance: ~310 km | Time: 9-10 hours.
Pick up the bike at 7 AM and hit the road immediately. Transition from the heat of Assam to the cool hills of Dirang.
Day 2: The High Pass (Dirang to Tawang)
Distance: ~130 km | Time: 6 hours.
The most scenic day. Cross the Sela Pass (13,700 ft) and see the Sela Lake. Stop at Jaswant Garh War Memorial before reaching Tawang.
Day 3: The Border Run (Bum La & Madhuri Lake)
Ride to the Indo-China border at Bum La Pass and visit the famous Madhuri Lake.
Note: I'll need a local taxi or a specific permit for this, as rental bikes from outside aren't always allowed at the border.
Day 4: Tawang Culture & Local Trails
Morning at the Tawang Monastery (2nd largest in the world).
Afternoon visit to the Giant Buddha Statue and the Chakzam Bridge. Catch the Light & Sound show at the War Memorial in the evening.
Day 5: The Return Descent (Tawang to Bomdila)
Distance: ~170 km | Time: 7 hours.
Start the journey back. Visit the Nuranang Falls (Jang Falls) on the way. Overnight stay in the peaceful town of Bomdila.
Day 6: The Final Stretch (Bomdila to Guwahati)
Distance: ~270 km | Time: 8-9 hours.
Long ride back to the plains. Drop off the bike in Guwahati by evening and catch the flight back home.
⚠️ Why 6 Days?
This is a "express" version. We’ll be riding for 7–9 hours most days. It’s perfect for a solo adventure because I can keep a steady pace without long group breaks.

Bike: Royal Enfield Himalayan (Best for these tight turns and potholes).
Start Time: Every day at 5:30 AM (Northeast sun rises early, and fog sets in by 4 PM).
Budget: Approx ₹20k for these 6 days (Rental + Fuel + Stays).
