I'm attending a conference in Berlin on Sept 10 & 11, and planning to tour Germany, Austria, N. Italy, maybe Switzerland, etc., for a couple of weeks. Traveling with a backpack only, hoping to enjoy some scenic train rides, beautiful hikes, and local food. I might rent a car if need be - t.b.d. Open to staying in hostels, hotels, BnBs, or couches if needed. Looking for a travel buddy or two to connect with and grab coffee, dinner, or hike together.
