Hello fellow travelers! Would you like to do an active adventure trip in April, all your friends are working, and you don’t know what to do? Well, that was me! So, I have decided to do it anyway, and I will be travelling from the 2nd April to 21 St April through Cambodia and Laos. I would like to create an small group of 4 – 5 adventure-loving travelers who would like to join me! There are many ways of traveling, I respect all of them! So, I d better to a little description of the idea that I have, so we are on the same page. The idea is to travel light, with a backpack. Budget friendly (no lux, but enjoying life). Waking up early to enjoy the day light. Hikes in national parks in search of animals, waterfalls and jaw dropping views. We ll be visiting some majestic Temples hidden in the jungle (not only Angkor) There are some magnificent caves I would love to explore, one of them is a 3 days hike to, and in a cave. We ll need to do some hiking and kayaking to go there, and camping. In terms of transportation, a mix of renting motorbikes, bikes, hitch hiking, local transportation, tuk tuk... anything. I have made a huge research in order to know what to see in both countries, and I have set a little itinerary that I am flexible to adapt. The idea would be starting in Siem Reap and explore with motorbike some of the most spectacular temples around Angkor Wat and beyond. Exploring some National parks and entering in Laos by the thousands lakes. Then slowly, head north through Laos. There many hikes to waterfalls and mountains, as well as some incredible caves On the way north we can enter in some sections of east Thailand, to visit some of the less visited thai landmarks like the 3 whales. Enter in Laos again through Vientiane, tha capital all the way up to Luan Prabang, and of time allows, a bit further north.I have travelled many times using different apps on order to find other travelers to travel together and it has always worked, meeting new friends and having awesome experiences.
