Chennai-born, half Malayali and half Tamil — grew up with two languages, two cuisines, and a deep pull toward temples and mountains. Currently wrapping up my PhD in South Korea, and using the break before my next chapter to do what I’ve wanted to for years: travel slow through India’s spiritual and Himalayan landscapes.
This trip is less about ticking off destinations and more about presence — sunrise at a Jyotirlinga, silence in the mountains, conversations with strangers who become friends. I’m drawn to places where the sacred and the wild meet: Ujjain, Omkareshwar, Leh, Ladakh, Himachal.
Looking for a travel companion (or a few) who’s up for a mix of structure and wandering — some days planned around darshan timings, other days just following the road. What matters most is good energy, curiosity, respect for local culture, and someone who can handle both a 12-hour bus ride and a 3 AM temple queue with a sense of humor.
Speak Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and English, so happy to navigate most of India comfortably. If you’re into astrology, philosophy, long treks, or just quietly watching mountains change color, we’ll get along fine. Straight/Gay/Bi/Pan open to any sexuality!
