This will be my 5th winter in Southeast Asia in 6 years, I work seasonally and then get out of Canada during the worst of winter. I've travelled extensively in Thailand and around Bali & surrounding islands. I've been to Vietnam and the Philippines several times. Have also travelled South Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore and Borneo. Be great to find roam-mates, suba and scooter buddies. I'm a bit older than the typical hostel backpacker crowd and finding others to adventure with is a challenge. I'm comfortable travelling light, staying in hostel, and basic guest houses, or picking it up a notch with a 4 or 5 star experience here and there. I'm comfortable on a motorbike, I'm Advanced Open Water certified. Be great to find others to join up with for the bigger city to city travels and day trips when we get there, with the odd night out for drinks. I'm generally pretty low key calm energy, and typically on the hunt for a good photograph to capture the essence of the moment.
