While researching the programme for my PhD (which I've already entered and paid the admission fee for), I discovered that the seminars and the teachers are terrible, so... the decision was not to do it, at least not yet. In this sense, it's the first time I've found myself without the prospect of something to do in the future, so travelling would serve as a way of occupying that time until the time comes to open the competitions to become a judge
