I grew up and have lived among several cultures - learning customs. language, cuisine and history(eg. Australian, French, Irish, Italian, Greek, Maltese, Canadian, American, Jewish, Spanish, Bajan, Jamaican, Fijian...) As an amateur chef(not my day job) I have recreated many cultural dishes for friends and family events. I am a seasoned traveller. I am in great health and fitness as I generally compete in sports with players in 30's-40's-50's age groups. I also have a corporate and technology work background. I love to share experiences with like-minded, positive people.
