Heading to Vietnam around 10 January 2027 for roughly two months. Starting in the south and making my way north, with a loose route rather than a fixed itinerary.
I want to experience Vietnam properly: amazing food, local culture, countryside, mountains, beaches, road trips and plenty of spontaneous detours.
I'm travelling independently but would love to meet people along the way and share parts of the journey: a few days, a week, or simply meet up for food/drinks and explore somewhere together.
I'm 42, Italian, living in the Netherlands, easy-going and pretty adventurous. I am into  food (professionally and obsessively 😁), nature, music and discovering places that aren't necessarily on the standard tourist checklist.
No fixed itinerary, no pressure, no party-every-night requirement. If our routes overlap and we get along, let's travel together for a while.
