Going to Sharm el Sheikh in September, wanting to Hike up Mount Sinai (knowledged as one of the proposed locations that Moses received the Ten Commandments) then a visit to St Catherine’s Monastery (Oldest running Christian Monastery in the world) at the foot of the hike, then days later I will be going to Petra in Jordan via Ferry from Sharm to see the ancient city of Petra (one of the seven wonders of the world), both trips will be booked through Viator with Mount Sinai visit being £20 and the day trip to Petra being £220 (includes visa entry to Jordan, and a authentic Jordan meal after the Petra visit ferry there and back same day), went to Cairo last year solo to see pyramids but at times felt lonely and really want to do this trip but reluctant to travel myself again and would want someone to go with, I’m 27 from Scotland, UK, I’m a Christian and have a deep interest in theology, history and the world, I’m friendly and like to get to know new people.
