May 2027 we will head down to Southern Africa for a 15 day roadtrip in Namibia and a 4 day side trip to Victoria Falls.

Like on every adventure, I am doing all the planning using tools including AI tools to build an itinerary that is efficient and exciting.  I already have a good idea of what landmarks we will hit in Namibia but this is a work in progress.  We will rent a 4x4 in Windhoek and do a loop around the country and then fly out to Victoria Falls.  We usually travel alone but this time we decided to invite another couple that shares our interests and approach to travel to join us at least for the Namibia road trip. 

I already obtained our inbound flights so our dates are already set.  We will begin our roadtrip in Windhoek on May 5, 2027.  I am taking care of researching all the logistics including car rental, lodging, restaurants, activities and will be totally transparent on what I find.  

We reserved a 4x4 double cab automatic.

Lodging in Namibia is not inexpensive, requires deposits and accommodations are starting to fill up so we had to reserve most of them for ourselves.
