I am a 47 year old father traveling Namibia with my two kids, aged three and five. We are exploring the country in a fully equipped 4x4 Land Cruiser with two rooftop tents, off road gear and everything needed for comfortable camping. I know Namibia well, plan the route, handle the driving and keep things safe and relaxed.

We have space for one more adult, possibly with a child, who wants to join an easygoing family adventure. You get your own rooftop tent, set up and ready, so you don’t need to bring anything. You can enjoy privacy when you want and company when it feels right.

The plan is simple. Wild places, animals, campfires, cooking outside, exploring beautiful nature, long drives, good company. We celebrate New Year somewhere under the stars, with a fire and a bit of magic.

If you like nature, simple living and want a trip that gives your kid (or yourself) a story to tell, this could be a good fit. Solo travellers who enjoy being around children are also welcome.

This is not a luxury holiday. It is safe, well organized and fun, but also real, dusty and outdoors. Shared costs for fuel and campsites keep it fair for everyone.
