Trip Details

I intend to rent a motorcycle (and perhaps one for a companion), and travel the Scottish Highlands for at least several weeks, staying in local B&Bs or Family run hotels.  I want to meet the people of Scotland, eat their food (yes, haggis too), definitely drink their scotch, visit their castles, museums and historic sites.  I might include a side excursion to the Isle of Man to catch at least a day of the TT.

I'm interested in visiting Manchester, because my Great Grandfather came from there.  Might also want to spend a couple days in London.

Depending on finances and energy, I might consider jumping over to the continent for a while.
