No set itinerary yet.
Was thinking Mexico city and Guadalajara then some beach locations... 
I'm happy to be very flexible with the location but. 
Could even do Costa Rica, or Colombia instead. Anywhere Mexico and Below is ok with me.

I would also consider doing a multi day trek or something more adventurous then just tourism hotspots. 

Meetup point is just a guideline.
