Hi everyone, I'm flying to South Africa on January 6th (give or take, I can work around that). I'm looking for travel companions for about 2-4 weeks for a trip around the country. My plans include Kruger National Park, a hike to Tugela Falls in the Drakensberg National Park, driving along the east and south coasts, visiting wine plantations, and, of course, Cape Town with the Cape of Good Hope, Table Mountain, and all the main attractions. We'll discuss the route together. Ideally, with a driver's license so we can rent a car (I drive too). But we can also come up with a route without a car. Approximate route (we're discussing): Johannesburg - Kruger + Panorama Route - Drakensberg Amphitheater - Tugela - Durban - Wild Coast → East London → Port Elizabeth - Garden Route - Part of the wine valleys (Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl) - Cape Town.
