Planning a 2 week(ish) budget trip around Ireland this September: Dublin → Westport (hiking Croagh Patrick) → Galway → Cliffs of Moher → Dingle → Ring of Kerry → back to Dublin. Doing this entirely by train and bus to keep costs down - happy to share tips or team up with anyone doing a similar route.

Open to renting a car for part or all of the trip if I find the right travel partner to split it with (the west coast connections, especially Doolin to Dingle, are the trickiest stretch on public transport) - but not planning to rent solo. Flexible on exact dates and pace, especially after Galway.
