Hi, I’m Mike, a Canadian, fit, young-at-heart 62-year-old who’s explored 68 countries and is now ready to discover a new corner of the world with a special woman by my side.

I’m planning a 3-month adventure starting early September 2025, kicking off in  Barcelona, then weaving through Turkey, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, China, Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand—my winter home. We’ll travel by bus and train, diving into local cultures while sharing romantic moments over candlelit dinners or under starry skies. Thailand is my winter base, and you’re welcome to stay with me there or continue exploring on your own.   

About Me: Former software guy at IBM, I geek out on building electric cars, flying drones, debating deep subjects and crafting seamless itineraries. I’m active, curious, and love planning flexible trips to chase hidden gems, backed by my global travel experience.  

About You: A non-smoking woman with sufficient space in her passport(s), adventurous and excited to explore this new region, with an open heart for a romantic connection. Bonus points if you love a scenic train ride, exotic local food and sharing travel tales!
