I am taking the eurostar from London St Pancras to amsterdam central on Wednesday  29th may and leaving amsterdam on the 31st may. I am flexible and can stay a couple of days longer.  I Will be visiting the ice bar, a museum or 2. A canal boat ride and go out for some food drink and a smoke.
