Hey, it’s a relocation thing diesel is paid, you will just need to buy some food and beers or wine for dinner. I’m sorry but we will have not that much time to stop at awesome places because I’ve just 4 days to do that trip. (Car will go out from Sydney very soon)  but if you search for a free way to travel to Sydney, you’re welcome 😊 i like to stay on free camp sides, one place left in the roof top tent, if the vibes are good. Probably more seats in the car.
