I’m looking for some travel companion(s) who would like to tag along during (parts of) my trip across both islands. Please note that you are most welcome to continue on your own way whenever you wish of course. No need to be cooped up with me longer than you want to ;) 

I’m the hostel/couchsurfing kind of guy but I am open to adventurous suggestions as to where we can spend the night.

If you like to know more about me check out my profile but let me say that I am well travelled. I have been an active Couchsurf host and love to Couchsurf when I am in other countries I like to meet openminded people from different backgrounds so let’s hope that you are one of those because then you are a key ingredient for a cool road trip!

What would I be up for? 
- Cruising around and stopping wherever (didn’t rent those cars for nothing) 
- Visits to the beach/ watersports
- Museums/art/culture/culinary delights. This includes trying vast amounts of food and beer (no driving after that) 
- Being active – Kayaking – canyoning – bungeejumping – rafting – skydiving – surfing - hiking 
- Going places in spontaneous fashion 
- Renting a bike 
- Celebrating a Dutch holiday called St. Nicholas which dictates me to give you presents.. – Christmas – New years eve.

* Booked a hostel in Wellington : 4 Dec 2019 > 5 Dec 2019 (might arrive on the 3rd)

* The 2.45 Interislander cruise Wellington > Picton on December 5th 

* Car #2 Toyota Yaris (or similar) 
- Picton ferry port pickup 5 Dec 2019 @ 18:30 PM 
- Christchurch airport dropoff 5 Jan 2020 @ 09:30 AM

* Booked a hostel in picton : 5 Dec 2019 - > 8 Dec 2019 (Departure date might be earlier)

* Booked a hostel in Christchurch : 3 Jan 2020 > 5 Jan 2020
